For those who attended the D365 Saturday Bootcamp sessions in Melbourne and Sydney Australia, we had a great session by Ben Vollmer on Connected Field Services. The sessions really showed how we can integrate D365 with IOT devices using the Azure IOT hub.

Resource 1:

This is a very good place to get started on Connected FS. There are step by step tutorials on how to get the solution working. I recommend starting with the “Connected Field Service – V2 Hands On Lab”. For those who want to get a IOT device I have mentioned two online stores in Australia.

This is a great resource for those who want to further understand the Connected FS architecture. The resource explains the distributed solution that depends upon multiple components within both Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
