Introduction

We often come across the requirement, where the customer needs do a multi-staged approval workflow in D365 Customer Engagement . The approval can be for an Opportunity , to convert a Lead or even for approving a Document. Back in the day we used to handle these sort of requirements using Custom Workflows. Today we are going to look at how we can build a solution using Microsoft Flow and you guessed it right !!!!! with NO CODE!!!!! .
